General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Activate user dropdown menu in backend inaccessible? - bug

Hello everyone!
I'm confronted with an issue and I don't know what to think about it. I have the latest version of Joomla 5 and my backend template is Atum.
When you wish to activate a new user in the backend of Joomla, you simply select your user in the list, and then click on "Actions" and the dropdown menu offers you the possibility to click on "Activate" (among others). This works totally fine on any computer browser. Tested and approved.
However, on a mobile device browser (I only tested that with Chrome on a Samsung phone), and after I have clicked on the parameter cogwheel in the top right hand corner, the menu "Actions" appears (with other elements: "new"/"Options"/"Help"). Thus, I should be able to click on the word "Actions", and then select the desired option (Activate/ block/batch/delete/unblock). Problem is the whole menu shut downs and I am left with no possibility to click on "Activate".
What's going on? Is this a bug? only me? anyone else?
